Andra Day and Andi Matichak

Cassandra Monique Batie aka Andra Day, is a American R&B/Soul musician and singer. She's won the Grammy Award and Children's and Family Emmy Award. Golden Globe Award and Academy Award nominations are also among her accolades. Andra Day is an extremely gifted and skilled artist. She is not the throwback R&B specialist, however her experience in gospel jazz as well as the blues is evident and translates to today's music. Stand Up for Something, her 2017 contribution to Marshall's score for the movie Marshall earned her the Academy Award as well as a Grammy. Day then released her first song Forever Mine. The track was soon taken up by DJs and they began broadcasting it to the radio. The singer later signed with Warner Bros. Records and started work with the producer Adrian Gurvitz on the album that she released as her debut, Cheers to the Fall (2015). The album included the single Rise Up which became an iconic song of social justice campaigns across the globe. Day received two Grammy nominations, one of which was for Best R&B Album. In the year 2019, she released her sophomore album The United States vs. Billie Holiday a concept album about the life of the legendary jazz vocalist. The that same year, she was a part on screen in The United States Vs. Billie Holiday (2020), a biopic of Holiday's career. Andi Mathichak was born the US. She made her debut in the movie Halloween in the role of Allyson, after appearing in various television shows, including Orange Is the New Black (Orange Is the New Black), Park Avenue (666 Park Avenue (666 Park Avenue), Blue Bloods and Orange is the new black. Andi Matichak is an American actress born on March 3, 1994, in Framingham Massachusetts, United States of America.
