Luciana Paoluzzi was raised living in Rome along with her family. Luciana Paoluzzi's father is an Italian Army officer, and Maria Rota Paoluzzi's mother was a former mistress of Benito Mussolini. There's no record of her having any siblings. Luciana was a graduate of a high school in the local area in 1955. She then studied naval engineering in Milan at the Scientific Academy of Milan. Luciana, the only female student in the class, was the first graduate. Within two years she started her modeling career.
